President's Message

I hope you all enjoyed Monday's Vocational Service Awards to our Police, Fire and Postal Workers. Vocational service is the second of Rotary's four Avenues of Service. Through Vocational service, Rotarians are expected to adhere to and promote high ethical standards in all their business dealings, recognize the worthiness of all useful occupations, and contribute their professional expertise and skills to addressing societal problems and needs.

Thank you to Captain Tony Lee, Chief Timothy Scranton, City Manager Jeff Kolin and Postmaster Koula Fuller for selecting employees that exemplify the high standards by setting positive examples among employees, associates and the community in general. Additional thanks to the Sidney and Dorothy Factor Family Foundation and the Novak Fund that allows our Club to reward our City and Postal employees with this honor.
